I could not put it down. After reading this book for the 2nd time, I started to share some parts of it with somone who was really struggling to not be overcome by anxiety and those life pressures that are "out of our control". What a relief to understand that you don't have to understand the reasons for a situation to control it. Many many thanks to Marilou for her incredible insight and for sharing the secrets that we need to know to live a fulfilling and healthy life. It is obvious that her guru to whom she refers, is a true Master, and has passed on precious gifts to her, so that she can share them with us.You MUST read this book. I also learned through [...] , that Dr. McIntyre has done some radio shows that are available on her website. I can't wait to see what she publishes next.

Fantastic books, Fast Road to Happiness Journey Into Now, and Life is Forever, Get Used To It! Wow, should be on the required reading list in high school. Wish I had this information many years ago, however, it is never too late. Reading these books has improved my life, no doubt about it. I am still reading them too, each time I learn more. Marilou McIntyre is the kind of author that writes about her experiences in such a way that you almost feel like you were there with her. I have been introduced to the same scientific evidence (It is the best thing that has ever happened to me.) for the continuation of the personality beyond the change called 'death'.
