On the Lean: Lose Weight and Maintain is a good book in my opinion. The only issue I had with this novel was the grammar and the syntax, but Moore's overall message outweighed this. I liked how Moore is a regular, average guy who is expressing his opinions on weight loss, and gives the audience relatable advice. Many times, you have "experts" trying to voice their opinion, and it is generalized or impractical. Moore mentions several times that he is not an expert, but he has discovered what works for him, which is very valuable in my opinion! His tips and advice would help everyone, because they apply to all of us! This book is wonderful motivation for those who need it!
